• We are proud to use up front pricing for all our customers. We charge by the job, not by the hour.
• We charge a trip/diagnostic fee. This fee includes all the time for our technician to travel to your home and diagnose the problem. Our technician will then provide you with a diagnosis and explain why this repair is necessary
• Our technicians can give you a flat rate quote on site
• With all this pertinent information for your repair you may accept or decline the repair with no pressure from our technicians
