• Our extra privilege maintenance agreement (EPA’s) are agreements between you and Academy Air for scheduled inspections and maintenance of your heating, ventilation and air conditioning (HVAC) system
• Our 16 point complete and comprehensive tune up fully inspects, cleans and tunes your system. Our goal is to return your equipment to original factory specs.
• Preventative maintenance agreements are generally scheduled for the spring and fall
• Preventative maintenance helps keep utility bills lower, extend the life of your HVAC system, avert failures, and ensures your unit will work at peak efficiency

Maintenance Agreements

When you purchase a maintenance agreement with Academy Air your purchase is one of the most comprehensive maintenance plans available, one that provides you with a superior preventative maintenance program. This plan is designed to extend the life of your heating and cooling system(s), and help cut costly repairs. This type of equipment service is industry recognized as the best way to maximize your energy efficiency, which in turn saves you money on heating and cooling costs. You become identified in our computer as an "EPA Customer" which entitles you to priority service and special cash discounts on system repair and replacements.

1. To obtain service in either normal or emergency situations, simply call and you will receive "Priority Service" over non-plan holders. This guarantees you service within one day of your call (24 hours), 7 days a week, or the diagnostic charge is FREE!
2. For as long as you remain your "EPA Customer" status, you will never be charged an overtime fee for service provided on equipment covered by this plan.
3. Repairs covered by this plan will be discounted 15% off the retail price, for your "EPA Customer" status. As an EPA customer, you will also receive significant discounts on new products and services you invest in for your home.
4. All service repair parts & labor performed by us during the period covered by this agreement are warranted for one full year from the date of service. (Most companies only guarantee their service work for 30 days.)
5. One day replacement. If you need to replace your equipment covered by this plan we will install temporary equipment by the next day (within 24 hours)
6. These agreements can be purchased in 1, 2, or 3 increments or as a convienientt monthly debit.
7. These agreements include one precision tune up for your A/C and one for your furnace for each year purchased.
8. All maintenance agreement customers will receive a maintenance reminder in the mail approximately 15 days prior to your maintenance. Simply contact us to set up a specific time and date.
9. This plan is fully transferable to your new home (in the local area), to protect your inflation-fighting, discounted service rates. Or this plan is fully transferable to subsequent owners, to increase the saleability of your home.
